It took approximately six months to locate the right house. During that time, Karen never once gave up or tried to talk us into a home we didn’t want. She spent countless hours showing our family homes on the weekends and late evenings. She researched and pulled home specifications and made sure any questions we had about the properties were answered thoroughly. Karen was very professional and very responsive. We could always count on her to be only a phone call away. There were many times she rearranged her personal schedule to accommodate us even if it meant putting our needs ahead of her own. Once we found a house that we loved, Karen negotiated hard to get us the best purchase price. She worked tirelessly to keep everything on track to meet our closing deadline.
